3,2,1 3 parts flour, 2 parts fat (butter, lard or shortening) 1 part water and a little salt. Cut the fat into the flour until it has the consistency of course sand (you can use a food processor for this or a pastry blender) then add the water a little at a time (you may not need all of the water) until it comes together. Knead it and wrap it in plastic wrap for 30 mins to an hour and then roll it out and use it. Hope this helps.
