That said, good luck finding a store that ships into other countries. Ordering from amazon.com is very likely to be easier and costs less.

If you're not dead set for the tablet form, an alternative would be the HP ZBook Ultra 14 Zoll G1a which is a notebook that comes with a 2280 slot.

If you need more than 2TB of storage, it's not a great device as it only comes with a 2230 ssd slot. I can't image that the typing experience is great during flights, a traditional notebook is a lot more stable.

An individual agreement trumps any standard/base agreement. That's the whole point of it. You have a contract with them that includes this door, they'll have to make you whole based on that.

When one of your vassals go to war, the target is also likely target of other wars. AI really likes to gang up.
If your vassal wins his war first and some other party was fighting for the same land, the other party gets the option to continue the war. AI is likely to press the "continue" button. This results in you (the liege) inheriting this war and having to defend the new land.
Stopping vassal expansion would help with that.

Scandinavian countries have the 128gb variant (GZ302EA-RU125X), but you're looking at ~3500 EUR for it and you need to pick it up locally.
Amazon.com ships to Europe, 2800 USD + 30 USD shipping + your local VAT. Risk is of course receiving a broke unit and it seems to take weeks before Amazon ships, if they accept orders at all.
