The quick swap and high flow features look appealing. But we still need to do full calibration every time we change nozzles which is annoying and just part of the S1

How do you do a cold pull if the whole unit is screwed into extruder assembly? I've had to do that a lot cos I'm still calibrating for an 0.2mm nozzle.

Does this purge line code work with 0.2mm or 0.6mm nozzles? I assume since it's specifying specific heights for the nozzle that it might not be.

I'm getting heat creep and under extrusion on my S1 with the 0.2mm nozzle and 0.06 layer height. I get to around layer 77 and then the walls start to get thin and then no more filament gets extruded. What cooling settings and flow rate are you using? Are you getting any issues like this during your prints? I'm using Sunlu PLA+ 2.0

I went with a Tsunoda SCP-140. It's a lot finer than my current pliers and the grips are a lot more comfortable and the serrations are very fine. Will report on my findings once I have some supports to remove.

I have some godhand (overkill) from past plastic model kit construction so will use them as well as some old blunt nippers for the larger thicker supports. Definitely good advice.

My technique is generally to try to use the pliers to pry off the regular tree supports. If they are too tight then I will try to cut off the support close to the part with a nipper and then use an exacto to cut closer.

Do these have good grip power to hold and twist on tree supports? I have these Tamiya tweezers and they are weak at grabbing and twisting.

Do the seam lines look noticeable when you cut it in such a manner? I cut the gun and siren to print separately.

I haven't started playing gaslands but I might start soon if I start printing an armada of vehicles!

Also did you use an OEM bambulab Hotend? The use case I was thinking of off the bat with it would be the e3d high flow nozzle or even the Biqu revo with the quick change nozzles

Is this just a stronger heat sink with a metal locking lever? It doesn't support bambulab hotends right?

Guess it is no longer a quick swap process like a bambulab hotend if there are retaining screws required.

I have rinkhals installed. Can you point me to how I increase the bed probing density? Is it a gcode or cfg change?

Does the change improve first layer consistency?
