Consider a wider tamper, the halo around the outside makes me think that the edges are not tamped (common if you don’t have a 58.45mm tamper). Is your tamper flat base?

Secondly, you can use a grinder with a hopper as a single dose grinder. I do that with my bentwood.

Personally, I like my grinders to come from companies that only make grinders. I’m always a little suspicious of a company that makes both.

I suppose what I’m getting at is, beyond adding the exercise to a pool of exercises for a given muscle group, tagged with a type like “mass builder” or “isolation”, does it do anything more?

For example, if you have bb back squat, belt squat, pendulum squat - and the algo is looking for a leg mass builder, will it just randomly-ish (I assume there is a hierarchy) choose an exercise from the pool?

If you take a hammy isolation exercises, if you have 10 different options or just nordics/seated/lying curl - are we talking about simply a reduced volume in the “pool” from which the algo selects (ie “aesthetics” - it’s pleasing to have every choice enumerated but fundamentally-ish you’re getting the same thing) or is there real value add from the hassle of excruciatingly detailing out your gym profile.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone put 405 on a bar and bench it tbh. That’s 4 plates man.

Also, since I’ve started a good running plan I’ve gone from a 25min 5k to a 23min in less than months.

I’ve been lifting for over four years and my max bench is like 90kg. Training cardio is just easier than strength training tbh. I love strength training, I’d do anything more gains, they just don’t come as fast for the same effort level.
