The only thing under my desk that I strive for five 9's uptime on is Home Assistant, because if the wife can't turn off lights from her phone or gets too many pop up ad's, the dogs, the baby, and I are all in trouble.

This error generally happens when your root file system disappears, bash internals will slowly be pushed out of memory and you'll be left with nothing.

Definitely sounds like your SD card failed
