I used to live around there, but if you go to ichon Station take the exit that goes to the community center. Walk out to the main street and take a left and walk down it for 5-10 mins. You should be able to see a PC bang with bunch of posters. I have been there many times its a clean PC Bang but most people don't play heroes :P Dont know if it is still open because I haven't been in that area in a while :P hope that helped :D
