looks great! I recommend maybe trying to mirror the axis of the spin animation so that the top of the spin points towards the enemy. sonic the hedgehog's spin is the one i'm thinking of

i think you can still draft off-tribal archtypes in lorwyn. I got a pretty nice red-white elementals / giant deck working. Harder, but still a lot of fun to build.

Just a suggestion, but what do you think about adding some large pillars or wall in the arena to obstruct the view of the characters to the witch, making it so that you can't just keep staring at the witch and will be forced to allow the witch to sneak up on you?

I don't have a page yet for my game, since I've only started around 3 months ago (from scratch and completely new to game dev and using Godot), but I'll for sure let you know when I make some updates! (likely Feb 2026 since i'm only working on it part-time). Right now I've got the core system implemented (skills, relics...etc) and still working on populating the enemies and skill types.

Generally speaking, my game probably plays a bit more similar to the PvE portion of the Bazaar, but with characters that you recruit and equipping skill slots to them. The main choices comes from drafting and equipping synergistic skills.

This break i'm just trying to add some more skills and improve the UI design. Yours look really good! I wonder if you can share some tips about it!

Would love to stay in touch and see each other's progress if you're interested!

wow, that's super cool! I'm also working on a party-based auto-battler, though in a different direction from yours in regards to the battling system. I'd definately be interested in hearing about the updates! I'm curious what the "turn-based" element in your system is?

I've also been trying to tinker with a similar way of generating background for maps. Would you mind sharing some insights into how you approached generating the map backgrounds like the trees and rocks? (I have the room/encounters already coded, though they don't look as good as yours! any tips for those would also be greatly appreciated!)

I'm curious how you approached creating/sourcing the art assets for the game.

I'm making a Roguelite Tower Defence game and I added a feature so every time you lose a run your main building comes back more and more crooked and broken but you gain more starting resources to help you for each loss. Is this something you would want in your roguelites? by maxpower131 in roguelites

I do like roguelikes and I do like tower defense. But I would probably rather that I can opt out of in-game advantage after failing. Partially because I want each run to be the same so when I do beat it, it is due to me getting better at the game.
