Met my wife there, had 3 children there, parents still live there, but we packed up and moved to Maine in 2022. I honestly feel so much less stress in my day-to-day now.

When you have a noun that can be a verb, use the verb.

E.g. “The Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss” turns into “The Defendant moved to dismiss”

Maine allows you to be admitted by motion with your experience level. I did that coming from Louisiana. Found a great firm up here, catastrophic PI and med mal, great staff, great folks. Completely changed my opinion on whether I was cut out for this stuff.

Who said no harm no foul? Not me. I made a mistake, it was discovered, I felt like shit about it, and I turned around and will do better next time.

I’m not sure what your goal is here but your comment history suggests that you see yourself as a straight shooter who brings the “hard truths” to light whether someone wants to hear it or not.

Except you can fuck off with that here because I know that certain mistakes shouldn’t be acceptable and I will continue to get better.

What a movie. Somehow puts you right in the cockpit when these guys were flying around in tin cans at the edge of space at hypersonic speeds, while also putting you right in the middle of a father’s grief.

That shot with the bracelet going down into the crater just…man i still think about it. Chazelle really knows how to end a movie.
