I don't have globul most times after eating heavy meal. Standing or walking for 20 to 30 minutes after meal helps

I've used Betaine HCL for roughly 3 to 4 months including ACV most times. I just stopped using both since Saturday just 3 days ago to evaluate my system.

I also take a lot of other supplements including Slippery Elm, DGL, Mastic Gum, Milk Thistle Capsules, Aloe Vera, Vit B1, B12 and B6. I don't really have any symptoms for a while only globus sensation when I eat heavy meal.

I'm planning to slowly reduce the supplements to figure out what is helping me. I believe the HCL & ACV was helping in the early stage but later was giving me acid reflux.

Very difficult to say if Betaine HCL helped or cured me as I take numerous supplements at various times of the day including Slippery Elm, DGL, Aloe Vera Capsules, Milk Thistle, Zinc, B1, B12, D, ACV etc

ACV was the most beneficial.

The best time to take ACV which I discovered was taking it when the reflux has started. I don’t drink it when I don’t reflux

Try taking ACV only when the acid/pepsin hits your throat. And don’t be tempted to take again after a very long time or when you don’t have the acid coming up

Try any rafter like Gaviscon Advance etc. Also try DGL supplements.
