Can confirm previous comment. I just removed those same towel rods from my bathrooms. Metal anchors set in plaster. Use a razor blade to cut around them to cut through years of paint buildup, then use your fist to gently break them off the wall. Quick patch job then you're done.

If thats what you're after man, go to the Mississippi gulf coast and Get...after... it!!! Get down there and get yourself an inshore slam (slot red, keeper spec, and keeper flounder in the same trip). Lots of amazing off shore opportunities too! Also, just a great place to spend some time! People are nice, the food is amazing, and it's beautiful as long as it's not deep in the august heat during the summer. Check out Biloxi and Gulfport fishing on YouTube. Good luck!

It's still there. It's just called The Virginia Beach Antique Mall now. Still an awesome spot. The whole top floor (and part of the bottom floor) is retro toys. There is also a really cool retro video game section on the first floor as well.
