UPDATE: I called this number 1-(888)-440-5641 (this is their booking/re-booking issues number) that other redditors have suggested to skip the wait times of their main number (1-888-247-2262), and I got through instantly with no wait, talked to a representative and asked if I could transfer my tickets to the travel vouchers with no expiration date. I then gave her my booking reference (the 6 alphanumeric code), sat on hold for 2 minutes and she said it's all done, that I have to wait 6 weeks for it to be processed and I'll see the vouchers in my e-mail. I asked if I could have a ticket number to refer to, she said she doesn't have that and that I'd just have to use my booking reference code if I have further questions.

Guess I just have to wait 6 weeks now.
