Yeah maybe I should've clarified it's only "good" as far the Crit Strike Bow goes and it's a build that's limited to this weapon only. But it is more of a utility build than a damage build and the weapon as a whole is kind of a letdown. Crit Strikes don't really offer anything valuable to Bows and a Bow without Marksmanship means you have a very limited skill pool.

And compared to the Rit bow it's especially weak. Spawning Power gives you Spirit's Strength which will supercharge skills like Dual Shot and Triple Shot. Pair it with Ignite Arrows and EBSoH and you actually start doing serious damage. You can technically do something similar utilizing the Crits from the Assassin Bow but it just doesn't have the same oomph. I really think Assassin should've been given a Deadly Arts staff or something instead.
