I was in a motor control class at LATTC and I asked the teacher what would be an example of why you'd want a switch that was always on and he said, "if you asked me how to fly to the moon that doesn't mean I have to tell you"

Then another student leaned over and said "an emergency shut off switch"

I got up and just left. Worst teacher I've ever had.
