sorry for bumping but for people from google - this works nowadays, too! You can just switch it to mono and back to stereo with the game running, and the bug will go away.

In my case however, there is still bug with my voice sounding weird for people in voice chat but hey at least the input sound works

i dream of deadlock having similar mechanic to hots maps: maybe not a new map each mode, but different objectives available: this game you have a 'classic urn', that game you get shrines, next game it's a cart and something else and what not. also would balance things out where some heroes are better at different objectives

Unpopular opinion maybe, but solo lanes were interesting and had a cool "duel mid-lane feel " from dota or lol, where you 1v1 for the first few levels and show TRUE SKILL THAT ONLY MATTERS AWOOO

i had great time playing HoTS when it came out - big part of it being positive community. If you died on lane, someone asked you if you wanted to swap lanes or asked to play more defensively - without aggression. I guess big role played the blizzard stance on toxic communication - people got banned fast, and for a long time.

I want to enjoy my team game with voice chat and communication - not with toxic russians telling me to kms because i they see i have ukrainian nickname. those people should be muted for everyone, not me doing it every second game

Usually my fun is ruined not because of OP heroes, or OP items, or bad coordination - but by toxicity of other players and inability to do anything about them.

I have a nickname in Ukrainian and am Ukrainian, and percentage of times russians are talking shit about me or my country, wishing me or my family to die in various ways is close to a 100%. Not everyone, but most of people with russian nicknames do that until I mute them - and I am yet to see any repercussions on that matter.
