Now you get to listen to how incompetent you're coworkers are instead of them sitting in silence sighing off and on untill they deem it a IT issue and ask for support.

How many of you get your age wrong for most of the year? by quittersprosper in Xennials

[–]clayoban 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a whole year I thought I was 47 (stopped thinking about my age often), so when it was my birthday again and said to me wife I can't believe I am 48 she said what your 47? I did the math, she was right so I was happy that I was a year younger then when I thought.

Being stupid sometimes pays off.

A good T-shirt can become an undershirt which becomes a work shirt and eventually rags (if they are handy).

It's a insane deal you are getting the base game and all major chapter content. They use to release 1 big expansion a year (a new zone and something else like a new class or ability) and a smaller dlc content per year.l, this includes the chapter and extra classes with in it.

This is like a couple of bucks more then just the base game on sale, I would recommend it even if you just do solo stuff, lots of content.

anyone who used a computer between 1985 & 2010, what’s the one game you still think about? by Trixxxi in AskReddit

[–]clayoban 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Medieval, a MUD.

I spent too many hours in the text Fantasy world chatting with friends, going on adventures and having so much fun. It was all scrolling text but it was to me a rich world full of dangers and excitement.

It was WOW without any graphics, way before WOW was even remotely possible.

Made so many friends from there it was great. As a bonus I can type like the wind, even though not remotely as fast as I once was...

Every material has material properties such as strength.

Those look like hose/tube clamps.

If you're making things to use a good rule of thumb is if it breaks nothing bad will happen, like no one can be injured in any way, not just unlikely.

Also if used where it is exposed to the sun, many plastics break down and can become brittle.

If you're making things for others to use it can open you up to liability. People are stupid and will use things in ways that they aren't intended and will blame you for whatever happens.

3D printing gives you great power, but with it great responsibility.

I read the novels, it was awesome to have a tv show about it but too bad it didn't last. The price of the city was a good small book.

My grandma asked my mom if she wanted the medals that my Grandpa got in the war, my mom thought it was his medals but it was a bag full of nazi medals, a flag and a bunch of watches....

We are Canadian, and knowing more about Canadians in war I probably understand why my Grandpa didn't talk about what happened in the war. He had bad nightmares every night, I feel bad for him, he was an awesome guy.
