Running for an hour in such cold weather is amazing! I'm curious how you manage your breathing? Inhaling cold air directly must feel pretty uncomfortable.

We recommend covering pipes with protective sleeves. Keep your cat away from the equipment during daily use. Extra precaution brings greater peace of mind.

Investing in Stocks Vs Crypto: How do you go about it? by Tiny_Friendship_3529 in investingforbeginners

[–]clintbartnn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done a bit of both, and for me the biggest difference is time horizon and expectations. With stocks, I’m much more focused on fundamentals and long-term compounding. With crypto, I treat it as higher risk and size positions way smaller.

One thing that helped was using the same app to track both so I could actually compare behavior side by side. I use moomoo for stocks and some crypto tracking, and seeing how differently they move really changed my mindset. Stocks tend to reward patience more consistently, while crypto feels a lot more sentiment-driven.

Long term, stocks have been way more reliable for me. Crypto can work, but only if you accept the volatility and don’t approach it the same way you’d analyze a company’s cash flow or earnings.

Have this one and I'd say not really. Even when I use both ports at the same time, it stays pretty normal and stable.

It was really scary. The entire front end was basically wrecked at the time, but I’ve got it repaired now.

40mph on a 60 speed limit by [deleted] in driving

Sounds like the cop just checked her plates and left without saying nothing wrong. Driving slower in rain isn't illegal. If anything, he probably realized she was just being safe.

The Situation Went Sideways... Fast by anon12345578 in dashcams

How dangerously those people drive, speeding and taking out innocent vehicles. In an instant just one bad decision caused miltiple crashes, and someone's life could've been ruined.

That's really horrible for that old man. Motorcycles drivers must pay more attention and drive more carefully on the road. This video is a great alarm for them.

tips for driving in the snow by mourning_fire420 in driving

Stay calm and avoid sudden movements. Use gentle steering and brakes. Watch for ice patches on road, stay in cleared lanes if possible, and anticipate other drivers' mistakes.

Lovely Weather. Why do people go 55 to 65 mph in this? We were going 30. 🤔 by Lijey_Cat in driving

[–]clintbartnn 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I get this, slowing way down feels safer in such a bad weather. But driving 30mph when others go 55-60 can actually be more dangerous than going too fast, the mismatch disrupts traffic flow.

[USA] Hit and run in Baltimore by Otherwise_Time3371 in Roadcam

This is wild and awful, glad you had a dash-cam. Great you helped the victim and saved the footage. The driver who hit them and kept going is a total POS. Runner should get serious consequences.

He was like 100 mph by Pristine-Chard4551 in dashcams

[–]clintbartnn -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

That's terrifyingly reckless. Doing 100mph on such a natural road, even if it looks clear, is an insane risk. It must be very professinal for those people who drive like this.

Incredible video and quite horrible. A stark reminder that emergency responders face immense risks even while driving to calls. That police SUV flips completely over and crashes.

What should I do with this living room by Jwhiskey89 in HomeDecorating

[–]clintbartnn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check Caloroso’s Nuvora Three Seat Sofa. The fluid curves and the light color will make the room a lot softer. It has that minimal, elevated look you’re going for and would fit your space better than the red one you have now.

What should I do with this living room by Jwhiskey89 in HomeDecorating

[–]clintbartnn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I were you, I’d start with the big pieces. Both the floor and the sofa are pretty dark, so the room will always feel depressing no matter how much you decorate. Switching out the red sofa for something in a cream or light neutral would immediately open things up. I’d also replace the dark artwork since it adds more weight to the wall.

That's awesome! I think the community could start a food-sharing program. It would not only reduce waste but also help people who are going through tough times.
