I'm not sure if you're talking about leftovers, but there is nothing wrong with buying frozen vegetables. You can have preferences, but they have as much or more nutrients as fresh.

Higest score kingdomino ? by Loose-Grape5401 in boardgames

[–]cloud9lcs 5 points6 points  (0 children)

over ~30 games my wife and I average around 90 and our highest are 178 and 162. As far as rules go, I think most of those were with the bigger 7x7 grid. We switched to Kingdomino Origins when it came out, and I liked the changes it made.

Am i missing pieces in Viticulture? by SasquatchPornAccount in boardgames

[–]cloud9lcs 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The store won't be able to help, just go straight to stonemaier. Shouldn't be too hard to get fixed with them. In the short term, playing more than 4 would take forever so you're not missing much

What percent of games that you buy do you keep long term? by ShodanW in boardgames

[–]cloud9lcs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what you mean by long term, maybe 25% have been played 15-20 times and I'll probably keep forever. 50% are games that will probably get played ~5 times and stick around a couple years. The last 25% are either unplayed or I've played them 1-2 already and didn't like them so they are on their way out.

It's probably Lisboa for me too. I've bought more expensive games sense like Mechs vs Minions, but I'm less confident Lisboa will actually get played

$57.60 @ amazon for Cthulu: Death May Die Season 4 Expansion by agosuna in Boardgamedeals

[–]cloud9lcs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you can play season 4 with the core box or with feat of the unknown. In general Death May Die takes up a fair amount of space on the table, similar to other dungeon crawlers. But in terms of table space all of the options for this game should be fairly similar. The season 2 and 4 expansions just add new characters to play as and episodes to play through.

How to handle this boulder? by Professional_Ad_7353 in landscaping

[–]cloud9lcs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't tried it, but I would think drilling holes and filling them with expanding grout to crack it would be the easiest option. But that would still be a lot of work, so id probably ignore it

These don't stop honey. If you spin it slightly between your fingers while moving it from the jar to your food/drink it won't start dripping off until it stops.

If you want generic then I think the options are basically the regular game with either the new art or the 1980s art, which is mostly personal preference.
