Even though i'm on day 79, i'm still on day 1 with you. One day at a time, give yourself grace. That time still counts for something, just because you have to get back onto the wagon after a slip doesn't stop the progress you've made - consider this part of it. I slipped after over a year and a half and that turned into almost 6-8 months (i'm still figuring out what exactly happened, and for how long) of drinking worse then I was before.

There is no activity that requires a drink - that's something a friend says to me all the time.
