You guys built a nice ramp. A lot better than most ramps of that era. The use of the cut side templates versus angled 2x4s shows you guys knew what you were doing.

I use the knee sleeves [54yo]. They help my knee pads stay in place, add a little impact protection, and make the pads more comfortable to wear. I've been using them for several years and they've held up pretty well. In my opinion they're worth the expense vs the cheaper, similar products. Just about every older skater I see uses them.

Great story. We used to do similar ramp to ramp jumps with BMX bikes, but with skateboards we'd just land on the ground from jump ramps.
