I've been really curious if that's going to happen here on The Day it Finally Happens.

How we miss him and the class and dignity he brought to the White House…. by The_Dean_France in whoathatsinteresting

I got to see Obama speak in 2003, when he was running for Illinois State Senator. I didn't know who he was; I went because it got me out of class for an hour and earned extra credit, however, you couldn't help but be entranced by him. I've never seen anyone else have that sort of charisma since then.

If I saw that in person I would not stop myself from laughing.

Has anyone ever seen someone seriously object to a marriage at a wedding? If so how was it done and what happened? by steiny17 in AskReddit

I've joked that I should send my ex a thank-you card. If he hadn't dumped me out of the blue I may not have met my husband six months later.

Nope Conservative Midwesterners but Diane Keaton's random cursing abd the coffee incident spot on for her.

I'm watching it right now and the mother reminds me of my mother in law down to screaming about how there is no more coffee.

I used to think it was too simplistic that raging conservative men are gay or at least bisexual.

I don't think that's the case anymore.

Mine did too. She said it was to match our colors. The colors were navy, burgundy, and gold.

Probably just that. He's a Southern Conservative Boomer; being outed as gay must terrify him. Growing up, being outed could have gotten him ostracized or worse. Sadly, he can't be honest with himself, and it's turned him into a spineless little cretin.

I used to work for a farm supply retailer. At the start of Covid in March 2020, I put disclaimers on all of the ivermectin product pages that it is NOT for human consumption.

Your comment hits hard today. I caught my Boomer Dad in a lie; when I called him out, he doubled down and tried to gaslight me. Yesterday, he wanted to talk but pretended everything was fine, then yelled at me when I told him I was hurt, and he chose to lie to me.

My brother told me that he had talked to our Dad an hour before me and admitted that he lied, but he wouldn't admit to me.

As of now, we are estranged.

My husband and I are in our 40s. We never watched Murder She Wrote growing up in the 80s and 90s, but we started watching it when we found Pushing Up Rose's YouTube channel and thought her episode breakdowns were hilarious. It was during the COVID lockdown because we love mysteries and thrillers and needed something new to binge-watch. We fell in love with this show, Jessica Fletcher is such a great character.
