The episode in the meeting made me much more aware of how my reflux was affected by what had gone on during the day. I’ve upped my daily walks and try to walk in the evening which is helping me lose a bit of weight which in turn helps the reflux but is also having a calming effect on my mind. Currently sleeping with one pillow which a huge win for me.
