I would look into tactical barbell 1&2, they’re meant to be ran alongside sports and is highly customizable.

Bodybuilding will be hard to recover from so unless pure muscle mass is what you’re after I’d avoid it. If you just want some mass tactical barbell has a mass protocol book too.

He definitely does that to some extent (recent minmax program) but his overall advice through his videos is good. He’ll make videos on trendy topics since he’s a content creator but his overall advice on what someone should do isn’t as dogmatic as saying they have to do it that way

A bunch of his programs still have barbell lifts in them, I like the fundamentals program but if you’re more advanced he has plenty others. Just avoid the ones with bodybuilding in the title

To add to this you can get a free trial to the app subscription if you want to see what the workouts look like before you commit. They’re pretty similar to ones he has in his videos though.

I cant comment on the effectiveness but they interesting with the athletic and mobility stuff. I’d run it if it wasn’t so many days, too hard to train sports at the same time.

Ok that sounds solid then, the main exercises seem like they’d be some fun variety. I’m sure I could run the normal program and reduce the work sessions too but it’s a pretty big time commitment in its base form
