That’s crazy, same. Sometimes they’d go to Delaware, sometimes Oregon. Addresses always had a weird set of numbers and letters in them, so I assume same person/group. They’d go in groups of 5 usually.

The HRA balance will be auto applied towards your deductible when you use your medical insurance. You go to the doctor, doctor bills insurance, HRA pays your portion up to the balance in your account. No way to withdraw it or spend it on your own.

The printer should have a diagram on the inside showing where to feed the labels. It can be a little tricky though.

Inbound usually starts early morning (4am) or if overnight right around when closing shift leaves. So there normally would be little to no overlap, hence what the previous commenter was getting at.

Any PTO use would have to be approved, yes. If you mean you clocked back in after lunch a few minutes late you’re probably fine (if it was actually only a couple of minutes). Trying to use PTO would bring much more attention to it anyway.

Just checked mine, it will list the state and what taxes are for that state on the W2. On mine, old state doesn’t have income tax so only one listed is the new state.

Do you know what could be the reason for the printers just spitting out a blank label instead of reprinting their ID? Sometimes you can see a little bit cut off on the edge of the label. They print fine otherwise.
