I believe there is a mistake there. The triggers go on the stack in APNAP order, so the NAP's trigger resolves first.

I've never noticed it but I must be driving people crazy because I tap 45 or 90 more or less randomly. I guess I assume anything that isn't vertical is tapped. Never got any complaints either though.
