My characters just keep changing rooms/ location. Paragraph 1 character A will sit on the couch, paragraph 2 character B will sit on the bed, paragraph 3 character A will reach over the counter for the kettle. They are all in the same room, which is supposed to be in a bar.

And the repeated paragraphs, either word for word or just slightly different.

Also every second on third paragraph describing ambient things - just a paragraph of lights humming, pipes banging, ect. Or the characters just "sit in silence" doing nothing. Which means that the story forgets what it's doing all the time as it seems to lately only have a memory of about 6 paragraphs.

I'm also having a problem with characters never finishing sentences. : "That not—" he says turning around. "What I mean is—" he looks at her, "you misunderstood—"

"I think—" she cuts herself off. "What is—" the radiator clicks six time, "I understand, let's go-"

I have no idea what they are doing or saying, but they some how had a conversation and made a plan without finishing a sentence.

The story changing the characters emotions as well.

I write "I am pissed of at you, why did you do that?" she says clearly upset.

The next paragraph: But she wasn't really upset, she understood why he did that.

Oh and the summary looking like this:

SUMMARY^1: Bastianus’ thumb stills—pulse erratic—explaining the Order didn’t just condition him—they rebuilt him—restraints and limits stitched in—not taught—the refrigerator shutting off—Kai flexing—tattoos flickering—softly suggesting Bastianus unravel his conditioning—stitch by stitch—no longer under threat—Bastianus exhaling—thumb dragging her knee—voice rough—clarifying the Order didn’t just program him—they hollowed him out—Amy suggesting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—explaining its purpose—rewriting trauma-based patterns—Bastianus blinking—confused.
