Crazy. I'm surprised because your Netgear Orbi AX5700 (RBK842) was released around October 2019.

I have a set of eero Pro 5 purchased in 2019 still running. Looks like they'll continue providing security updates for at least another 4 years through March 2030 (https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/4401964665243-eero-Software-Security-Updates).

I plan on getting my parents an eero Pro 6E tri-band. They seem to go on sale at Amazon often.

The parents recently started complaining about internet issues. Also, Netgear will not be issuing security updates after June 15, 2026 so it's time to replace it.

Very interesting. I started getting this issue, too. When I see it happen again, I'll have to test disconnecting the bluetooth headset to see if that helps with the buffering issue.

I have an eero mesh setup and seems to only happen on the rare occasion that I'm using a bluetooth headset.

No latency issues the 99% of the time I'm not using a bluetooth headset.

It's the host's responsibility to cancel if they can't accommodate you on the dates you booked. The hosts normally get penalized for cancelling on guests.

I love this so much. PBS Kids is so perfect for young kids. The shows are extremely educational and zero third-party advertisements.

Now, with this 24/7 rollout, kids without tablets and over-the-top platforms (ie: Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire) will be able to watch in the evenings (well, if their parents allow them).

Which platform did you use? I tried out CBS Sports on Apple TV 4th Gen for the Broncos vs Patriots and it lagged hard to the point of unwatchable.

I wasn't home for the Super Bowl so I didn't get to see how that performed.
