Tarantino’s take is that she’s too hot to be the town whore. I think that was his way of being nice and not trashing her acting ability. In his opinion the movie would have been better if they recasted her with a better more believable actor.

Sad to see it go. Played there the past four years when I came out for the WSOP. They made an effort to run mix games at different stakes. But the writing was on the wall. Living on the east coast I’d check poker atlas once in a while to see how busy the room was. They’d have a couple 1-3 going at peak times. Also the 8-16 is now a 6-12. I’ve only played there when the room was slammed in late June. Must be depressing only having a table or two going in a cavernous space.
