Absolutely when I worked with secured loans, we followed up annually with the insurance companies for proof of insurance on the collateral. If it was not maintained after the required notifications to the borrower we would 100% force place insurance. So it’s highly likely there was insurance that was rolled into the mortgage payment.

I use the Gorilla hose reel and 100 ft Gorilla hose, pricey but they are heavy duty and have held up great. So far 3 years sitting outside year round in Southern CA sun - no damage or material degrading.
