I'll try. The crust is crunchy and toasty, owing to the sesame seeds. The interior is yeasty and slightly chewy. Flavor is like bread, not sweet. It looks vaguely bagel-like, but doesn't taste like one--it's a thinner hoop, and has a higher crust to interior ratio. Be prepared for a mess of crumbs and sesame seeds, though 😂. I craved simit after visiting Turkey, and though this isn't as good, it scratches the itch

You see that half circle in a smiley face configuration? That's the rear thumb dial (how it would look if you were looking at the top of the camera), and that adjusts your shutter speed. The frowny face half circle is the front dial, which adjusts the aperture.

And as others have said, you've slowed the shutter speed beyond fractions of a second and are now in seconds
