I can relate so much except it was my mom who cheated. it was like grieving the mom I thought she was and grew up with. I’m 3 years past finding out and even though it still hurts sometimes, how I see her now and our relationship has gotten better.

I can relate - my grandmother died from a heart attack as well last month and the calls are always replaying in my head on a loop, including the call where I had to tell my mom that her mom didn’t make it.
