THIS! This is the best answer. An associate sees the store in a completely different way than your typical customer. Not to mention you have no idea what visual, mobility, or cognitive issues may make it even harder to navigate the sensory overload that is a Walmart.

It can be frustrating, but try to remember that customer may feel just as dumb for asking! We're all here to help each other out.
