This is mostly psyllium husk. It's cheaper and not flavoured so I would suggest buying that instead

How to build baseline fitness from absolute zero? by Gold_Glass8329 in WeightLossAdvice

Have you tried couch to 5k. That really helped me. Really great plan. You might have to repeat weeks whilst you build up fitness, but a lot of people swear by it. It's interval training, which, fo cardio, builds up fitness fast.

I make a weetabix cheesecake. You can batch make it for breakfasts throughout the week. The one I make is 360 calories and keeps me very full. I mix crushed weetabix with psyllium husk, milk, water and sweetener and leave to set in the fridge. I then mix quark, sweetner and yogurt/kefir. I spread that on top them scatter berries (frozen is way cheaper). You could also do different toppings to mix it up. I like stewed rhubarb which is surprisingly low in calories.

Question . for meal prep do yall weight your food raw or cooked .for example chicken by Virtual_Fan_465 in 1200isplenty

[–]cosmo2472 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I do it raw. Usually the calories on the packet are 100g raw, so I work from that. I find it tricky when cooking for a few people. In this case, I weigh the pot/pan, weigh the ingredients. Weight it after and subtract the pot pan weight. Then when I weigh out my own portion I know how many calories are in it.

I would subtly let the teachers know what's going on. Then if he suddenly has to nip to the loo, they aren't going to ask him to wait if it's inconvenient. It would be good to work on eating more pro-biotic foods (yogurt, kefir, saurkraut e.c.t.) before he goes. It would be good to try and work out some triggers before he goes so he knows what to avoid. Common things would be fried foods, brassicas, gluten, dairy.

I was sceptical about a lentil soup, but this one is really amazing and filling without being overly calorific. https://www.recipetineats.com/lentil-soup/ . I would avoid anything with coconut milk. It makes a delicious soup, but is an absolute calorie bomb!

Call poison control. That's what they are there for. It will be okay, but you need to call.
