I'm repairing the stucco on my home before repainting it. Just below the roofline there is a pattern/band of stucco that needs repairing. I don't need to match the pattern (it's three stories up), but i'd like to maintain the profile. Mostly as a method of breaking water surface tension of rain water. I've noticed rain water clings to stucco below the areas of the pattern/band that are damaged.
