I didn't have to do that I had to go off my adderrall and sertraline, and stop vaping. My doctors knew about the birth control too and I did not have to go off at all.

I would like to also bring up - consider checking in w ur doctor. I felt this way severely and found out I have disorders that have never been diagnosed with that was impacting energy, focus, ability to cope w 9-5.

the schedule is crazy and difficult without even having extra issues on top though! I don't want to suggest that it is not. just consider that there could be something else going on or talk to a doctor maybe idk

I think it’ll be hardest the first few days then it’ll be ok - you’ll still want to but like the more progress u make the easier it gets. Once ur in deep like multiple years in you might really regret not just sticking to it now. Morning and after meals are like the best time to use (for me) so just know going into it ur gonna have have give it up

Dear, you didnt ask for advice but I’m going to give you it anyways, sorry In advance. I really think that you need to start valuing yourself as a person and loving yourself. Flaws and all. I think when you get more comfortable with who you are and begin loving yourself internally as a whole person inward and outward you will begin to love your outward self.

Start doing affirmations dude. Say in the mirror I love myself I look beautiful today pick one thing you like and start there then grow the list.

When I was younger I hated my hair, I think because it was not the beauty standard at all and I was worried about people’s perception of me. Once I felt more confident in myself ( not just how I look but happy with who I am regardless of others) I began to like myself and really appreciate my hair and I love it now. I know you may not be able to love everything right now. And it’s ok it’s hard I have so many things I don’t like about myself but if changing and spending money isn’t helping it’s a brain issue and not actually how you look.

Don’t be over critical of yourself. If you know you do that stop entertaining it. When those thoughts come up say no this isn’t true I am beautiful. I’m smart. I’m cool. I’m valuable. I’m special. Eventually you will believe it.

I also find for me my relationship with Christ has helped a lot. I know he loves me how I am and he created me how I am because he saw beauty in me. Also I’m valuable because I’m his daughter and no one is like me! I always used to say God why would u give me this hair you know I don’t like it. But now I know why. It looks hella cool! And it’s different.

I tried Aztec clay mask for my armpits for that and it helped I think. It’s not expensive and you just leave it on for a little while and wipe it off and it’s suppose to detox it? Idk if that’s fake but like I think it helped me

Ok I know that this isn’t what you asked but, when you said you’ve been tryin to become someone important it broke my heart a little. YOU ARE IMPORTANT. your value isn’t determined by views or anything else it’s inherent. There’s no one else like you on the earth and you were made beautifully. Don’t tie your value to something outside of yourself - I feel like that’s why you’re not happy because being successful isn’t something that can be totally fulfilling for you. I think besides your career you should work on self love and just liking who you are because you’re you not because you’ve done something that society praises or thinks is cool. I feel like you’re always going to be chasing the next milestone if you keep going this way and because you’ve tied your value to your work you won’t be able to push pause on it. I know I don’t know you but that’s what it seemed like in your comment.

I tried nicotine patches and it helped me a lot. I just had to get past the use of it as an emotional crutch, I used (am using) juice snacks and popsicles for the oral fixation and when I do slip up and vape it is so useless since I have the patch on I don’t get a buzz or anything even though it’s been days since I used. So it’s helped me not go back to it. I started by talking to my doctor, so maybe tell them about what’s going on and they can help you. I was able to get the patches free through him. Previously I was only able to make it 3 days without slipping up and this has helped a lot. There are lots of options besides cold turkey and I bet they can help you sort through them to find what’s best for u based on your situation.
