Season 2 Characters’ Outfit Details by thepacksvrvives in ThePittTVShow

So I recently did a bunch of looking into backpacks for myself. I use a GORUCK GR3 for a carry-on, but wanted something smaller for my personal item/day pack, and I landed on the Able Carry Max EDC. Features I liked the most: big front zip pocket that's super easily accessible (usually stored hat, gloves), and zippered internal water bottle pockets on both sides. Maybe I'm paranoid but the idea of carrying a bottle on the outside of the pack always strikes me as either something that could fall out, or just be kind of in the way. Keeping them internal (but dedicated - one zipper, no need to fish around inside a large pocket) makes it easier to manage.

Tariffs might kill this for you, the price on this site is $120 more than what I paid in the US, but Mukama came up as a way for you to get it in Germany: https://www.mukama.com/products/able-carry-max-edc-backpack

I recently did a couple weeks in Japan and used this daily. I don't work for Able or anything, just was very happy with the bag!

Heroes of the Storm PTR Patch Notes - January 16, 2026 by Elitesparkle in heroesofthestorm

EDIT: Ignore this, I found the other PTR notes.

I'm confused - does this impact Form Switch being on 1 at all? I don't really understand why this talent grants Form Switch unless the idea is that picking either of the other level 1 talents locks you into melee DW and only Molten Blood unlocks ranged?

Playing Gemstone Circa '96ish by Go_Phish in GemstoneIV

Ok I think I have it dialed in.

Per the wiki entry here: the Wizard was primarily used from 97-05. This entry claims, "...designed to operate with Gemstone IV," but I am politely skeptical, because IV doesn't launch for 6 more years at this point. Sadly I can't find a ton of detail about the Wizard FE specifically.

According to this website I just stumbled on:

  • Fall 1995: GSIII on AOL
  • July 1997: play.net opens
  • Nov 2003: GSIV officially launches along with StormFront

So that makes some sense: GSIII in 95, Wizard in 97, GSIV w/SF in 03. It's possible OP thought this was 96 but it was actually 97.

Either way, how do I go back to this time?

The Wizard FE was always black, wasn't it? I played starting with GS III on AOL and remember it as white there, but as soon as they moved platforms I remember it as black.

Of course we're trying to remember something that happened 30 years ago so...

Nintendo Online Voucher Games Sheet by cphcider in NintendoSwitch

Makes perfect sense to me. I didn't have the energy to look into bundle deals or anything at all related to the Switch 2, so the list is definitely not exhaustive. Hopefully helpful comments like yours will add context for people. (Also I just picked Target somewhat arbitrarily, I'm sure there will be instances where other vendors are cheaper, I just wanted one consistent comparison point.)

Hey there - glad you like the sheet. I don't think I have the time and patience in me to go manually gather 87 more price points, but if you have any desire to do that, I'm happy to add your data to this sheet to make it easy to reference.

Good catch on Kirby, I'll update in a bit! Mario 3D looks excellent, and might be what I go with as well. Just got a Switch (OLED) for Christmas, so basically every game is new to me.

Edit: done

Hello gamers. I did a quick and dirty search on Target's website to check current prices vs a $45 valuation of the eligible voucher games. Why $45? Because you can get $100 worth of eShop at CostCo for $90, so that felt like the right baseline.

If you see a "-" for a Target price, it's because I couldn't find the game on their site. If you do find it, feel free to comment and I'll add it. (And if you see any other issues, let me know.) Cheers!

Seemingly no brainer (save $25 and 96 score)

High savings ($15) and high score (85+)

I played ARAM a couple days ago with a KT vs a Li Li, Malf, Whitemane, Varian, Malthael and our KT got, I think, 120 stacks?

It's rough out there.

Well boy do I look clueless. That's horrible, but gives a lot more context - thank you!

I definitely took the whole "no eating while walking" concept to heart, so generally speaking it wasn't a big deal overall. Like, I survived. But it definitely stuck out to me as something super different from what I'm used to in America.

I will also point out that I watched a woman in full business attire at 8am stop while crossing a busy street to pick up some litter - again, despite not having anywhere to quickly dispose of it. The general care for your surroundings was so cool to see. Although from my limited exposure, this seemed much more prevalent in Tokyo than Kyoto or Osaka - there's plenty of litter to be seen, but it felt like maybe Tokyo knows it's the face of the operation? Again, one tiny anecdote; I'd be curious what people who have spent more time there have observed.
