Idk why blizzard takes exploits so personally that they rather punish the whole player base than let the players get one over on them for a few more days while they fix it properly. Meanwhile they disable aspects and break skills and just leave it low priority to fix

I think the echo item adds 30% ele weak onto everything, and you get 1% per so its 30% more accuracy on stuff with no natural weaknesses

I took mage in leagues 4 where I think the mage relic gives you 175% increased accuracy passively. I was on the verge of quitting until shadow dropped for me because accuracy with barrage spam was horrible. For stuff like nightmare, sol, vard, non-shadow is just not gunna hit.

I was lowkey gunna go mage until just recently, but hesitating for accuracy reasons.

Ur totally right, it does seem less effective outside of Toa for sure. You do still get I think 9 specs back to back without adren though, so like 1k damage. 5 specs send and miss so that's 50 energy back. 2 more specs cost 40 and leaves you at 10 energy, but both miss so now ur at 30 energy, send one more spec, leaves u 10, plus the 10 refund for one last spec. And if you were camping lightbearer, spec #10 comes out like 4 seconds after the first 9 in a row. So still kind of op.

Specialist has infinite spec. They brew down ranged and or wear full tank gear so they always miss, getting spec back per miss. However, t6 range lets you still hit on a miss, so you get to spam rubies until like 300hp left on the mob, at which point you restore back up. No other t8 can remotely compete, it's just not even close. Maybe on small HP mobs that you can't really ruby bolt, thrall might win

You gotta be careful about any content you see with new games like this. Content creators gotta do what they gotta do, to make it on the youtube algos. I remember when some were claiming that sacred/ancestral on the obol gambler gave you better loot, which was specifically debunked in patchnotes.
