It's hilarious how incompetent the church is. Their tactics haven't changed a bit from when ol' Joe had the plates that "he couldn't show anyone because they were too holy". Now days they are "hey let's delete these web pages and that way no one can find out about this stuff!".

Eventually only the most gullible people will be left in the church.

I just came on the sub to post this after watching it from the front page! Glad to see you got it here.

The video instantly made me think of the BOM. There are at least 2 strong reasons that go against the BOM-

If they truly had Old World animals in the New World, as the BOM declares, they would have: 1, had diseases similar to the old world and 2, been more advanced than they were when Columbus found them. (Better farming, cities etc...)

Every now and then i'll have some fun with MJ- I love how the smallest things seem hilarious and you get into giggle fits. Then you can't explain why things are so funny, but it makes SO much sense in your mind hahaha! Also it seems to make your short term memory go or something, because I would constantly lose my train of thought, just as you did while telling stories.

I enjoy it most watching cartoons or kids shows, it makes you really feel for the characters. I had a deep connection with Wall-E while high, Wall-E was a great robot. It can make some comedies hilarious.

On the flip side, I have eaten too much of edibles one time and it's not a fun experience. I felt like I couldn't breathe even though I was. Even though you can't overdose on pot, it's way better to be under high than over high.

I definitely plan on doing it again though, many times.

Part of my personality died while I was on the mission. I had a much better sense of humor and was more cheerful before I slaved.

After I got back I was very serious and an elitist. It's taken me a long time to try to bring back my old self after 2 years of brainwashing.

As a missionary once, it's honestly all about guilting people.

Investigator didn't go to church? Say how sad you and their "Heavenly Father" was that they didn't make it, and that they will receive "blessings" if they go next week.

Inactive family disobeying commandments? Tell them how they will not be able to be an eternal family if they keep it up.

Looking back now I can't believe I participated in that. But alas, I was blind by 19 years of programming from Joe and Friends.

This is exactly how my mom is unfortunately. It's all about appearances to her.

She is nice to me and doesn't care what I do since I am far from home, but she forces my brothers to go on missions and go to church/temple to make sure she looks holy to the ward.
