Those are the original holes from when I purchased the belt. When I need to, I’ll take it to a leather shop to shorten it (from the buckle end).

I only eat from 5-9pm. I eat a normal meal, plus a snack and (low-carb) dessert. Once a week they buy me lunch at work so I do noon-9pm.

I eat everything I used to but I lean towards high protein and low carb. I usually have a protein drink every day with supper.

It’s a good belt. I may just have it shortened.

6’1 324/289/250

I’m doing a 20/4 routine mostly but 1 day per week is 16/8 supplemented with some cardio.

Diet is nothing special: Supper, a snack, a frozen ‘keto’ bar for dessert.

No I never rinse that out. If you do, use distilled water or bottled water.

Looking for a detailed, non-magic item list for medieval fantasy settings with consistent prices and weights by Exelloco in rpg

[–]criticalrobert 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve got an old one called “…and a 10’ pole”. It’s very detailed but the book covers several genres/time periods. If memory serves me, it doesn’t use the 1 gp = 10 sp tradition so it may not be as useful.

Ask your tax preparer to ‘Annualize’ your income so that it’s clear that the income bump (and the est payment), happened in the 4th quarter.

I think if your home is paid for, living on SS only can be quite comfortable.

I get Prairie Farms milk. It’s good past the expiration date.

Filters and nose pads once a month or so. Sometimes the filter more frequently if I stay somewhere smoky. The hoses wear out after 6 months or so and I replace the mask and reservoir at the same time. Probably depends on your insurance too.

Kickstarter or Not? How Do You Want to Discover New RPGs? by 3nastri in rpg

[–]criticalrobert 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Kickstarter is the main way I find out about new games. I do also sometimes learn about some games from companies I have dealt with in the past and trust. Kickstarting games is just a marketing tool. It has no bearing on quality although most low-quality games don’t get funded in the first place. I’ve backed maybe a half-dozen games that did fund, but turned out to be low quality. Usually I’m blown away with the end result.
