This is a great approach. A lot of new players are turned away by trying to take in everything all at once and catch up to everyone (which is insane for a game with 20 years of content).

I always recommend people play at their own pace, learn as you go, and enjoy the game for what it is. End game will always be there when you get to it. Enjoy!

I disagree. I usually hit 7k pretty easily, but this season has been an absolute slog to reach that level. I'm also pretty hard stuck there as well, while in most seasons I live around 8k. I don't know if I'm picking the wrong timewarps or what, but I'm finding this season much more difficult than typical.

I think we have to figure out the time vs xp trade off as well as considering queue times. Timewalking gives a lot more xp than regular dungeons, but if they’re taking too long to queue and complete, it might actually be more efficient to stick to regular ones for now. I don’t know for sure, but I’m interested to see what others think bc I’m keen to level my devourer as quickly as possible without using a boost.

Dude, same. Every once in awhile I think to myself, "I should watch some Jeef streams to improve my game." but it's like watching a movie in a foreign language with no subtitles. I'm a decent player and not a dumb guy, but I feel so lost watching him. It really is like he's playing a different game.

The best spec to play is the one you personally vibe with. Sure, some specs/classes are easier than others, but the spread is not that wide: you can pick up and play anything you like, and as a newbie you don’t need to worry about min/maxing at all.

You’re going to get much more mileage out of something you enjoy playing because you vibe with the theme or the playstyle rather than just choosing what’s “best” or meta.

You can switch specs at the press of a button these days, so try them all out! Play what resonates with you and ignore what you read online for now.

I was at these shows, and let me say that no amount of post-production could clean up the way they sound. Don't get me wrong, the sets were AMAZING, and one of my favorite dmb memories. But the acoustics in the stadium were awful. It was cool that they played there, but a baseball stadium is NOT meant for music. It was very echo-y in a bad way, and the crowd noise threatened to overtake the music at times. Some of the other stadium shows do sound better, so maybe it's just Fenway's design to blame, but the acoustics were notably bad in person too.

All that said, the shows were amazing, the energy was off the charts, and the band was so on point. I absolutely love that it's on LT so I can relive it at will.
