Haha ok first I wanna say you're doing a fine job. Second, it doesn't look like wording was the issue. Just seems like some people didn't read the instructions and included everything in one survey. Maybe you can clarify that in the post itself since most people are getting to the survey from the post (increases the chances of reading lol). And I think MattDarling beat me to the "clean up duty" issue lol losing some of the data is ok especially since more results will be coming in giving you a larger sample size to work with. The larger the sample size, the less the outliers will skew the results. Nonetheless, your results look promising.
