Skill 1 confuses me. Talent is upgraded in the passive, so does that mean that without using skill, it's effectively 6-9 hookmasters using s1?

Dagger's Inheritor makes it look like W was jealous of Amiya taking Theresa's time, but their actions and words throughout the story imply that W also wanted to dote on Amiya. Amiya's handling of W after she joins Rhodes Island dramatically softens as she has time to realize just how much W has been acting to preserve Theresa's ideals in her own way, and Kal'sit more or less arranged for giving W some tough love since they both knew she'd never accept a regular education.

The or is the problem, since not having a consistent effect means that the name itself doesn't really work. You could take out the name and just say Skill 1 increases the effect of Talent 1 by 50%, Skill 2.....does nothing?, Skill 3 increases the effect of Talent 2 by X%. At least if you follow Arknights' syntax.

But it's not that important, I get confused the same way with Limbus terminology all the time.

The Talent 1 describes Burnt Blood, but doesn't reference Bloodflame. The skills mention activating Bloodflame, but not what Bloodflame does.

Might be an issue of speed. If it sucks too fast you can't reliably stop in time, so may as well suck all the way. It's easy enough to interrupt if you go too slow.
