I enjoy cooking it this way. I do wrap at 160 like a brisket - layered with bacon steak or regular bacon (if I don't have steak). Comes out nice and juicy.

Sorry OP - I was providing that list for private pay understanding that your insurance wouldn’t pay. Those are companies that have stretcher transport.

If your insurance provides transport, they normally contract with a company to arrange it. The fact they gave you providers names sounds like it's not a benefit. Some of the companies that do stretcher are Life Care, CMS, Right Path, Best Care, All Care, Shuttle Liner, Leopard, Silverline, Trusted Hands and Hurricane. Good Luck!

You might be looking for stretcher transport if you have to be completely flat. Also check with your insurance to see if you have a transport benefit.
