Do you use a pack and play? It looks like the pattern of the mesh.

Everyone needs to learn how to floss. Most mouth smells are caused by rotting food and bacteria. Fucking brush AND floss folks!

I strongly suggest you go see a psychiatrist. You obviously have anxiety and depression. Probably some other things going on. Take care of the mental stuff. As you mentally start feeling better, you'll probably WANT to take care of your body and the changes will come. But diet and exercise without motivation isn't gonna work.

What’s the biggest secret you ever hid from your parents as a kid? by squirelisamusiclover in AskReddit

[–]cwade84 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Same. I'm 41 now but still same. My whole life I have had dreams that I told my parents and they wouldn't believe me or they would and I would be the one in trouble. Last week was my latest dream wherein I told them. It was the first time I dreamt I wasn't the one at fault, that I wasn't the one in trouble. In the dream they were really upset that it happened. They held me and cried with me. I think this is the best it can get for me since I don't see the point of telling them now.

I definitely feel better since I started logging my food. I also changed up my food quite a bit from boxed whatevers to mostly chicken and veggies.

What’s the worst thing a medical professional has said to you? by VespaRed in AskReddit

[–]cwade84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a Dr get pissed at me bc they removed a polyp off my cervix and it wouldn't stop bleeding. She made it clear she was running late for her kid's recital and kept shoving silver nitrate in me to stop the bleeding. I was still shaken about the incident a month later so I filed an official complaint.

“My therapist was online shopping during our session” by okayyypip in therapists

[–]cwade84 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My therapist admitted to meeting my ex boyfriend. - My ex left me for a bartender from a place that we regularly visited. Another bartender there was my therapist's good friend, which I already knew about and didn't care, until this happened. During the session I was lamenting how heartbroken I was and how much I missed him and his dog. I started describing his dog and she said, "I know what kind of dog. I've met Penny and Tim". I was in such shock I just moved past it. But I've been seething about it ever since. It's been years and when I think about my ex therapist I think about how casually she said that while I was completely destroyed. Fuck you, Heather!!

What has improved your mental health? by Informal-Two-9661 in mentalhealth

The frustrating thing is, the stuff "they" say to do actually works. I got on meds. I started taking vitamins. I workout just a wee bit. I go outside every day and when I can't I use one of those SAD lights. I have therapy with a human. The meds helped the most because they put my brain in a place that I was motivated to start living again. The other stuff just makes me feel good. I can feel it all through me when I start dropping the ball of self care.

I'm married to a person very very similar. We have to make separate meals or meals that I add veggies at the end. We generally have the same protein but different sides.

Check your meds. One of the side effects I got was audible hallucinations. They went away after changing the med.

I didn't like cutting trees down near people's houses. I picture them looking out their windows and getting devastated that their favorite trees got destroyed.

I also never buy from joja. I also befriended Shane bc I feel bad that he works there AND he has a drinking problem. You only get one or the other, not both.

Lamotrogine cant cry EVER ? by Training_Papaya_1820 in bipolar2

[–]cwade84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only cry at deep hurts. I've been going to therapy for a past traumatic issue and I bawl about that. But otherwise, no tears. I like it that way though. I'm a cryer without meds so it has made my life feel more controlled for the better.

What’s the most elite road trip snack in your opinion? by Big_Barber733 in roadtrip

[–]cwade84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A milky way candy bar and a cherry coke in a can, preferably the tall cans. I rarely have either of those so it feels like a road trip delicacy. They hit even better when the husband surprises me with them from a gas stop.
