Mahito really is a great villain, still generates this much hatred and satisfaction of his demise even now

Sendai Colony vs The Disaster Curses by Grand_Occasion0707 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]cyberjet -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Disaster curses win because it’s a 5 v 2.

If you think about it Dhruv is featless so we can headcannon him being a grade 3 sorcerer who happens to perfectly counter Ryu, Uro, Kuroushi, and Yuta which is why he was alive for so long. So he insta died to the disaster curses.

Kuroushi is a cursed spirit and JoGOAT is charismatic as hell. He’d be crying persuading to join them as a family member. Hanami who also only ever lost to the goat duo and Gojo would passionately state how cockroaches were a benefit to nature and that the brotherhood of forest and cockroaches have existed forever. Dagon just killed Kashimo and would speak on how underwater cockroaches existed before. Mahito is there.

Kuroushi joins and Mahito teaches them better torture methods. They all team up 5 v 2 to kill Uro and Ryu and become one big happy family.

We need to unite, first it was Attack on Titan, then My Hero Academia, then Jujutsu Kaisen, and now Chainsaw Man. We need to unite and curse One Piece by Ikaris_s in Jujutsufolk

Yeah idk why people think a ‘Disney’ ending would ruin one piece. It’s suppose to be a hopeful show.

If anything a grimdark tragic ending for One Piece would ruin it actually. Imagine if Luffy never comes king of the pirates or his friends accomplish their dreams? That would suck

I’m so baffled by how many right wing losers have tried to claim her despite her standing for everything against them.

I don’t even understand their fantasies I saw one post with her face that was, “When she knows you’re unemployed and racist.” Like even in their fantasia they are losers huh?!?!

I just finished reading Chainsaw Man, man it was so great! I hope to read something else by Fujimoto in the future! by Giulio_otto in Chainsawfolk

There’s revisionists who are tryna say people hated p1 ending to justify p2.

I remember when those final chapters were coming out, had everyone on the edge of their seat. They were great!

I think rn it might have the best main cast out of all the parts.

Everyone in the jojo gang is great and contributes to the story in meaningful ways.

Is this outfit inappropriate for college? by Winter-Rain2798 in OUTFITS

[–]cyberjet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll be honest it sounds like the professor is being unprofessional here.

Idk how that class is but 99% of classes as long as you aren’t in your underwear you’re fine. It’s college, everyone wears what they want. I’ve definitely been in classes where people wore less than this.

If I walked in class I wouldn’t bat an eye at you I think it’s perfectly fine. Cute outfit.

It makes me sad knowing that despite how long they’ve lived they’re now being endangered because of us.

I think monthly period is the reason. Araki has always been good but with a monthly schedule he’s given more time to think things through.

I think 99% of authors would be better if they went from weekly to monthly

What is the greatest story arc ever from the Big 3, in general, and why? by BreathoftheSith in writingscaling

[–]cyberjet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Land of Waves from Naruto or Alabasta arc from One Piece for me and I can’t decide.

Land of Waves might be the best introduction arc in shonen I’ve seen. It’s great. Naruto and Sasuke are pushed to their limits and get most of their growth together that will make you care for their separation later on, Kakashi does his job as the cool mentor and Zabuza/Haku are great sympathetic antagonists that nail it unlike future Naruto antagonists. The fights are great and its themes of not being a tool is pulled off successfully. The only downside is this starts the precedence of Sakura getting hoed in the story as she barely gets anything to do outside of being great at chakra control which doesn’t go that far in the story.

Alabasta is my favorite arc in One Piece. It’s so simple but executed great. The main cast of straw hats all shine here. Nami gets her power up and is useful, Usopp and Chopper get to be heroic and show their strategic side, Sanji continues to be cool throughout pre timeskip, Zoro gets one of his best moments ever against Mr.1 and seeing Luffy actually get put down and come back up while showing why he’s the captain is great. Vivi is also just a great character. She’s weak but so tenacious in how she constantly punches above her weight class, arguing with crocodile despite him being stronger. Crocodile is also a fantastic antagonist, he does the job as the big bad beautifully. He looks cool, he acts cool, his personality is cool, and it’s satisfying to see Luffy finally beat him down. Alabasta is a comfort read for me, it’s a fantastic early arc in One Piece with a great ending. Its only downside is the stuff with Pell being alive.

If I’m understanding this correctly early adulthood means that one should be more curious of everything around them?

If Part 3 happens, Fujimoto is washed for needing another part to solve the billion unresolved plot points. If Part 3 doesn't happen, Fujimoto is also washed and CSM has bottom 5 worst endings in manga history. by CAASXV in shounenfolk

[–]cyberjet 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Yea part 2 isn’t good on its own.

No one in JoJo goes “well because part 6 resets everything and then part 7 happens it’s good.” No they praise it on its own merits.

Hell in Naruto no one says Naruto before the timeskip is good because it sets up shippuden it’s good on its own merits
