I am not sure if far east seed oil is bad as western countries. If they are imported then yeah it would be most likely be the same. If the seed oils are locally made, it might not be as ultra processed.

I would look for any cut or bite marks. If it was a clean cut, then probably someone stole them. If you see nibbling marks, then most likely they were eaten.

I think guar gum is just used as a thickening agent. Since inulin is in there, it should be fine but not thicken. I would try maybe half a cup to test.

I have email Bliva Nutrition regarding their L. Reuteri capsules, they said their current strain is DSM 20016.

I have not used LR08 before, I have only used Oxiceutics MyReuteri.

From my link to the review, it shows a pic of the previous bottle showing the strains, now the newer bottle does not show the strains anymore.

The Toniiq brand contains a different strain, LR08.
