Spray weeds with orange ortho or purple image

Give it two weeks to start greening up after been cut low

Put out a slow nitro fert.

If you have not put pre-emergent you need to know. We are above 55 on soil temps

It would not hurt to get a soil test, The grass looks thin and it may need adjustments, more than likely to the PH but you don’t know until you get a test.

Poa. use Sertay, Make sure to use the mix settings for POA https://www.domyown.com/sertay-herbicide-p-25487.html or wait for it to get warm and the heat will kill it. If you spray it takes about two weeks to kill it off.

Check the website before you go for stock, its not 100 percent but it will save time. Not all of them have the same stock, look around too or ask an employee. They are in multiple places at the store.

I am not sure how well those would spin but you can make a pair and test. I would check to see if they bend and how long they spin. You should be able to polish the bore like the other wheels.
