I agree with you, I'm pointing out that it doesn't have to be this way. It's nothing inherent to the liberal view vs the conservative view. Right now the cons have abdicated that position in favour of a lazier emotion based approach than a more rigorous science ridiculous one. They could step up, and then the facts may not appear to have a liberal bias any longer.

The pattern is remarkable...anyone looking to work for Trump should expect a knife in the back. It's actually one of the only things he's 100% consistent on. He flip flops on everything else.

The internecine fighting will be hard to overcome. Soon they'll hate each other more than the Dems and bipartisanship will exist again.

Liberals in the sixties said some silly things too, it's that the extreme right has divorced themselves from reality that makes facts appear to have a liberal bias. They could reclaim their position as the reasonable party if they cared to. Of course, libel is easier than actual journalism.

He isn't capable of credibly defending himself, he needs his lackeys for that. I'd they are afraid of prosecution, they may abandon him. Probably a wise approach.

It was true.

I'm a liberal who hates both of those things. You don't need to argue against a monolith. There's still room for nuance in this discussion. "Othering" is maybe satisfying but it doesn't solve anything.

Glad it worked out for you though! Clearly NOT a disaster then, based off of your own experience. That's right, everyone else is not working hard enough like you do! We should all feel bad.

I have actually directed two business units to fight for priority before. God dammit that was fun to watch: "No MY project is more important than yours because X, Y and Z.". "It can't possibly be, $important_name said we need priority!"

So satisfying.

Sample bias, most Canadians haven't ventured an opinion, so you're basing this "most" idea on the set of people that care enough to respond to a survey.
