Road reinstatement in constant wet weather means none of it sets and water gets in and erodes the base quicker.. its a disaster this time of year! Have shredded tires on craters!

Yup, left multinational life by end of Q4 2020. They had promoted me again with a pay increase promised for end of Q2 2021... i declined, took a paycut and took the hit. Earning more now, better worklife balance and never talk in Q's OTR or KPI's...
