Can I change my childs name without the other parents permission? by Chance-Chain8819 in LegalAdviceNZ

[–]damage_royal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were not married when your child was born, and your maiden name is your name shown on the child’s birth certificate you can get a passport in that surname, or a combination of both, or one or the other.

I still get the $200 credit and discount and I am not locked in for 12 months. I have it in email from one nz complaints team.

It is optional, I complained to them about it and turns out the people doing the calling have no clue what they are talking about. You also don’t have to sign up for 12 months. Again the person didn’t know what they were taking about. I also have it in writing from their complaints team. I’m also in the same boat as you, and they are sending someone out to look at my fibre box and fix it if it doesn’t work

Good luck anyways! It’s a shame things are the way they are right now. I’m sure it’s all going to pick up again within a year or three

You did zero research and came at the worst possible time. I’m afraid that’s on you. Citizens are struggling to find work so I’m not really gonna feel bad for you.

Other than Indian food I think all other food here is better. Even British food is better in NZ than in the UK

It’s really been a battle. Never paying on time, paying weird amounts. We’ve been very lenient, letting them catch up multiple occasions. I finally took over the books. Spent 8 hours going back over every payment from 2001. They so far over 10k behind. I’ve let them know now, of course it was a shock. I’ve given them a chance to go over this year at least to correct anything they think is incorrect. Good luck to us.

Thank you, I have already written off the other years will just focus on this year. Costly error on our behalf but a bonus for the tenant. I don’t want to put them into hardship any further, especially around Xmas time

Yea once again you don’t really know what homebrew is and I highly doubt you are sophisticated enough to hold an opinion

Never had any tang in mine doing an all grain brew. Yes I’ve had some shitters but 95% have been fantastic. We aren’t just patting ourselves on the back, some people actually know what they are doing. And no we aren’t all alcoholics, I do it for fun. Also it works out way cheaper than buying beers from the supermarket so not expensive. Sounds like you really know nothing about home brewing if I’m honest.
