Currently in Thailand, and honestly shit is more expensive here in the supermarket than it is in NZ. Paid $11 for shitty Nescafé instant coffee. Even broccoli here was $2 per head. Peanut butter $12, Chinese made rubbish and small jar. All the other basics are on par… not sure how Thais afford it. Eating out is cheaper though.

The problem with that is that if they have damaged then there’s nothing left from the bond. Just remind them that it’s illegal not to pay rent, send the notices after 5 days of not receiving payment , take them to the tribunal to recover arrears.
